Baker Engineering and Risk Consultants, Inc. provides services to industries and governments around the world to assess the consequences and risks associated with potentially catastrophic events including explosions, fires, and toxic material releases.
BakerRisk® is seeking a full-time engineer with expertise in the evaluation of combustible dust hazards. Location is flexible and can include an assignment to our corporate headquarters in San Antonio, TX or one of our other physical offices in: Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Toronto, ON, Canada. A remote (home office) location would also be considered.
Technical work involves performing hazard assessments focused on combustible dust along with other project work involving explosion analysis and/or testing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to market and lead technical programs, consult with peers on complex engineering problems, mentor and develop junior staff, develop and expand client relationships, and coordinate and cross-sell with other disciplines.
